There is always something to do at Rafter J. We have teams that are headed up by a team leader. The team leaders meet monthly with the elders and the Pastor to discuss church planning and growth. Each team is made up of volunteers who wish to be involved in this wonderful ministry. Some of the teams remain fully staffed while other teams are always in desperate need of help.

We have volunteer cards available at the welcome table just inside the arena door. If you are interested in becoming involved, you can fill out a card and drop it in the offering house at the arena gate and someone will contact you.

      The Facilities Team: Provides maintenance and upkeep of the arena and grounds.

      Children's Ministry: They always are on the look out for teachers and helpers. This is a quickly growing ministry and they never have enough help.

      The Men's Ministry: Team members with a desire to see the men's ministry grow and develop.

      The Women's Ministry: Team members with a heart and calling to minister to the needs of women.

      Community Relations: Team members with computer skills- to design flyers, brochures, advertising, co-coordinating the different areas of ministry in advertising and community projects. Special projects.

      Hospitality Team: Always needs help in the concession stand during events at the arena.

Helping Hands: Offering help to those in our area that have a need of things done around their home.
