Kickin’ Up Dust

Music is a huge part of the western culture and worship is a major part of the ministry at Rafter J. Kickin' Up Dust is known around Rafter J for stirring things up! Our worship services have a well blended mixture from traditional hymns to contemporary worship songs. We have a wonderfully talented bunch in the band. God has blessed us with guitars, drums, mandolins, fiddles, piano, and the list goes on.

The bands name is somewhat unusual but carries a powerful message. We are instructed in the Bible to carry the gospel into all the world and we are hoping to do just that. We are spreading the gospel through our music and we pray that we are touching hearts all along the way.

The band recently performed onstage at the 2005 and 2006 Terrell Heritage Jubilee and we look forward to other outreach ministry opportunities in the future. We are excited about the places God is taking the band and hope to start working in the studio sometime this summer to begin our first worship CD.
